Copies of some of the pictures taken on my 21st birthday.

Picutres taken during lunch at the house....

Yup - I'm officially a geek. A birthday cake shaped like a computer.

Looking like a twat, as I blow out the candles. (exciting stuff these pictures so far, eh?)r.

Cutting the cake - as soon as this was done, I jumped in the car and drove straight to Glasgow. Seriously!

To Pete & Dave: There's one person in this photo you might about manage to pull. It's also the only one with a tail...

Finally at the race track, as people hang around for the safey briefing.
Derek, Euan, my cousin Peter, Ian and others wearing helmets :)

Loads of people have been asking "Are there any pictures with me driving in it?".
To which I say, "Yeah -- there could be!" No idea what race this is, or who's in it - but anyways, seven drivers lined up on the grid just as the light turns to green.

rMy favourite corner (up front) which I would always come into going far too fast, and often crash into the tyres.
Not sure who's up front, but I'm in second place here (number 13)
.

Driver #1 in the lead, closely pursued my Me #13, and someone else #25

Driver #22 close on the heels of #18.

rUncle John and cousin Peter.

Oh dear....

Euan, Suzie, Ally, Laura, and with her back to us - Kirsten!

Euan & Derek

Ian, Clare , Susan, Caz, Kulraj & Derek

Ian (gone a bit orange), Clare, Susan, Caroline, Me & Kulraj

Jill, Uncle John, Kilraj, Louise & Amy

rLouise - after she though she'd escaped the other photos...

Lanny, Clare, Louise, Kirsten & Ian check out the leaderboard.

#18 and 22 fighting it out to the death.

#6 Suzie takes time out to pose for the camera....

...then realises that #18 is on her tail.

#9 frantically tries to hold on to the lead, while I, #13, say "Oh bugger it - let's try one of those T-boning things we were told not to do".

Uncle John, Me, Colin & Jill

rAfter a disasterous Grand Final, which would have never held water in any stewards enquiry, the final positions were announced.

And the winners took the podium....

1st - Douglas Selfridge

2nd - David Duncan

3rd - Aileen Watson

Thankyou to everyone who came along on the night! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did!

Lastly, a big thankyou to David and Paul @ Racing Karts, who remained patient and helpful, nomatter how many times I phoned up with daft questions!
