Welcome to my personal website! My name
is Colin, but I'm known as Cozy! I'm a 22 year old PhD student
in Electronic & Electrical Engineering at Strathclyde
University in Glasgow, Scotland.
This website gives you an idea all about Cozy - my life, my work,
my friends and my travels.
RESEARCH PROJECT
My PhD research project is a continuation of the work I commenced
in my Honours year -- "MPEG-4 Multimedia Traffic Modelling
for Internet Videoconferencing". I graduated with First Class
Honours in May 2001, and commenced my PhD in October that year.
My research investigates methods for simulating video traffic
transmission, over lossy IP networks, and has produced several
publications to date.
